Alison Baughman, LPC
Mental Health Therapist
Alison Baughman, LPC is a Catalpa Health therapist who provides school-based mental health services through the HOPE (Healthy Outcomes Through Positive Engagement) program in the Neenah Joint School District. She has a particular interest in working with victims of trauma and children with behavioral issues and mood disorders. She works primarily with children in the elementary schools dealing with mood disorders, ADHD, autism, anxiety disorders, grief, behavioral issues and family issues.
Alison earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Augustana College and her Master of Arts in Community Counseling from Northeast Missouri State University. She also has a second endorsement in School Counseling from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh.
Alison works from a client-centered approach, meeting clients where they are in their process to build a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship. She enjoys helping clients work through life’s challenges, build on their strengths, and achieve their goals.
Outside of work, Alison enjoys spending time with family and friends as well as traveling.
