Alysha Baier, MSW, APSW
Mental Health Therapist Post-graduate Trainee
Alysha Baier, MSW, APSW is a mental health therapist post-graduate trainee. She has experience working with children and teenagers ages 6-18 with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, stress, and self-esteem issues. She often utilizes a client-centered, strengths-based approach within her sessions.
She believes that everyone has their own voice; some just need a little extra help finding theirs. Alysha enjoys navigating that process with her clients. She likes to get a good understanding of each person who comes through her door and is mindful that each individual has different strengths, life situations, and stressors. She likes working with both the kids and their families in finding a treatment that works best for that individual.
Alysha earned her Bachelor of Social Work Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh and her Masters in Social Work with an emphasis in mental health from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. She is certified by the Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services as an Advanced Practice Social Worker.
In her free time, Alysha enjoys reading books, spending time with her friends and family, traveling, and spending time outside biking, hiking, or taking a walk.
