Mental Health Therapist
Katie Kadonsky, LPC, is a mental health therapist who treats clients ages 5-18 who have anxiety, depression, trauma, life/family changes, anger, grief/loss, and behavioral concerns. She appreciates that each individual and family is unique, and uses strengths-based, person-centered, cognitive behavioral, and play therapies to meet the needs of the people she works with.
Katie earned her Master of Science degree in mental health counseling with a concentration in child and adolescent counseling from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor through the state of Wisconsin.
She has a strong interest in helping people and understands the value of offering support when someone is going through a difficult time. She enjoys bringing creativity to therapy sessions, and appreciates being able to work collaboratively with individuals and families to support their strengths and to find solutions to help them reach their goals.
Outside of work, Katie likes spending time with family, traveling and discovering unique places, visiting roadside attractions, hiking, painting, board games, and reading.
