Samantha Rashid, MSW, LCSW
Mental Health Therapist
Samantha Rashid, MSW, LCSW is a mental health therapist who works with children ages 4-18 with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, OCD, self-esteem issues and tendencies to self-harm. With a particular interest in anxiety disorders, she is a member of the STARS Program (Specialized Treatment of Anxiety and Related Symptoms), which helps kids who struggle with anxiety, worry, or fear.
Sam earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, and her Master of Social Work degree from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. She is also certified by the State of Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services as a licensed clinical social worker.
She chose the field of social work to help children reach their full potential by providing them with the tools and skills they need to be successful and resilient in their lives. She’s passionate about helping clients regain a sense of purpose in their lives while encouraging them to develop their strengths and capabilities to overcome challenging live experiences.
Outside of work, Sam enjoys spending time with friends, family, and her puppy, as well as being outdoors, running, concerts/live music, and traveling.
