For Clients & Families

Our team is looking forward to helping you!

If you need additional assistance or have any questions, please call us directly at 920.750.7000.

Please note: Catalpa and many community agencies are experiencing high volumes of new patient requests at this time. To respond to this demand, our team has developed a partnership program where we keep track of the availability of mental health therapy services around the community. We do our best to schedule you with a Catalpa Health therapist, but also help get you connected if services are needed with another agency as quickly as possible. Additionally, if psychiatry services are needed we can schedule that right away at the time of intake with one of our Catalpa psychiatric providers.
