She has a special interest in LGBTQ+ issues, as well.
She also serves as a clinic project coordinator for Catalpa, which includes assisting with special projects to support team members and clients, and developing ways to improve clinic policies and services.

Ashley is passionate about her work because she believes everyone in this world has a voice and a story that is worthy of being heard and validated. She believes that a strong relationship is at the heart of therapy, and that openness, flexibility, and collaboration with the client and family are essential for effective treatment. She loves seeing the resilience and hope that clients and families have, and strives to provide guidance and support as they overcome life’s challenges. Ashley primarily utilizes strength-based, art/expressive, and cognitive behavioral approaches for therapy.
Outside of work, Ashley enjoys cooking, painting, kayaking, and spending time with her loved ones, husband, her twin boys, and dog, Jordy.
