Emily Lawton MSW, LCSW
Intake Specialist
Emily Lawton, MSW, LCSW, is a mental health therapist and licensed clinical social worker who works in Catalpa Health’s Access Center as an intake specialist. She talks with children and their families who are new to Catalpa, and connects them with the appropriate treatment services that will improve their mental health and help them become more successful.
Emily earned her Bachelor of Science in Social Work and her Master of Social Work degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She has a special interest in depression, anxiety, mood disorders, self-esteem, self-harm, suicidal ideation, anger, and relationship issues.
Outside of Catalpa, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, being active, trying new food, and being outdoors.

Please be sure you and your parent/guardian are in a CONFIDENTIAL and SEDENTARY SPACE (not in a moving vehicle) prior to joining your therapist’s waiting room.
Patients and parents/caregivers MUST be in Wisconsin for the appointment.
