Katy K. Westfahl, MS, LPC, is a mental health therapist who specializes in depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, self-harm, oppositional and defiant behaviors, social skills and family relationships. She sees children and adolescents ages 10 to 18 years old.
Katy knew she wanted to be a therapist because she believes everyone has a unique story and deserves to be heard. She understands that when difficult life events occur, it is important to recognize and validate the impact these events have on a person.
Katy received her Master of Science in educational psychology – community counseling from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and she is a licensed professional counselor. In her free time, Katy enjoys traveling, watching and participating in sports and spending time with her family and friends.
