Kristin Lowe LPC, NCC
Mental Health Therapist & Intensive Outpatient Coordinator
Kristin Lowe, LPC, NCC, is a mental health therapist and coordinator for Catalpa's intensive outpatient program (IOP). In this role she works with clients with anger issues, anxiety disorders, depression, mood disorders, bi-polar, PTSD, trauma, suicide ideation and self-harming behaviors.
She is passionate about therapy and believes there is hope for each client and each client deserves to share their story and experiences. Kristin provides a safe place for each client to turn to and share their true feelings. She values each client's perspective, experience and their own ability to know what is best for them.
Kristin is honored to have clients brave enough to open up in session and trust her to walk along the journey of hope and healing together. Each individual has the strength to create themselves into the best version of who they were meant to be.
Kristin is a person centered therapist, using mostly cognitive behavior therapy, combined with family systems, solution focused intervention and the DBT approach. She works towards building resiliancy in each client and providing skills needed to cope with life's obstacles and continue to heal.
Outside of work, Kristin enjoys spending time with her family, camping, swimming, exercising and reading.
