Mental Health Therapist
Stacey Otto, LCSW, IMH-E® is a Catalpa mental health therapist whom provides mental health therapy and consultation services in a variety of settings. With special interest in infant and early childhood mental health, trauma, and family therapy, she sees children ages 1-18 with concerns related to attachment, anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, adoption, and abuse/neglect.
Stacey is compassionate and non-directive, and wants to meet clients where they are at. She believes that everyone wants to do the best they can, and she wants to help them find their way with support. She’s passionate about helping others and assisting them in finding their voice, and loves seeing change and growth in clients, sharing the gift of hope, celebrating their successes and bringing healing to those who feel alone and hopeless.
Stacey holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and women’s studies from St. Olaf College, a master of science in social psychology from Purdue University, and a master of social work degree from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities. She also earned a capstone certificate in the Infant, Early Childhood, and Family Mental Health Program from UW-Madison, and is a registered therapist in Child Parent Psychotherapy. In 2018, she became one of the first 100 professionals in the state to be awarded the Infant Mental Health Specialist (IMH-E®) endorsement by the Wisconsin Alliance for Mental Health.
Outside of work, Stacey loves reading, yoga, hiking, baking, cross-country skiing, spending time with friends and family, and hanging out with her mom’s cat BG.
