Tatiana Monterrosa, MSE, LPC-IT, NCC, is a post-graduate therapist trainee at Catalpa Health. She feels it’s important to acknowledge systemic barriers and cultural differences and view treatment from a diverse multicultural perspective. She uses various therapeutic modalities including feminist, person-centered, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). Growing up as an immigrant she did not always have the support she needed, so she has a special interest in working with immigrant families and youth. She sees clients of all ages.

She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology and Spanish and Latin American Studies from UW-Green Bay and her master’s degree in education and clinical mental health counseling from UW Oshkosh. She also has a Spanish/English Translation and Interpretation Certificate.

Outside of work, Tatiana enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Please be sure you and your parent/guardian are in a CONFIDENTIAL and SEDENTARY SPACE (not in a moving vehicle) prior to joining your therapist’s waiting room. Patients and parents/caregivers MUST be in Wisconsin for the appointment.
