As you know, Catalpa Health has been on their journey to becoming more trauma informed since 2017, when we joined with a handful of other organizations in the Fox Valley to create and pilot a toolkit that other organizations can request and utilize in becoming more trauma informed. This partnership has since evolved into the Community Alliance for Trauma Informed Care of Northeast Wisconsin. Recently, Jillian and Ashley M had the pleasure to meet with the director of the Community Alliance for Trauma Informed Care, give her a tour of our building and share the progress we have made to becoming more trauma informed.
