Natasha Patton LPC

Mental Health Therapist

Natasha Patton, LPC, is a mental health therapist who treats patients ages 5-18 with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, low self-esteem, relationship issues, grief and loss, family dynamics, trauma, self-harm; as well as those who are victims of physical or sexual abuse. She is especially interested in LGBTQ+ issues, decreasing stressors that affect teens, and fighting the increase in suicides among youth.

Natasha holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh and a Master of Arts in Community Counseling from Lakeland College.

Natasha is passionate about her work because she has always enjoyed working with children. She believes everyone in this world has a voice and a story that is worthy of being heard and validated. She believes in building a therapeutic relationship of trust, and that openness, flexibility, and collaboration with the client and family are essential for effective treatment. She loves seeing the resilience and hope that clients and families have, and strives to provide guidance and support as they overcome life’s challenges. Natasha primarily utilizes strength-based, client-centered, art/play, and cognitive behavioral approaches for therapy.

Outside of work, Natasha enjoys traveling, reading, walking, going to concerts, spending time with her friends, family, and her dog, Holly.
