Amanda Etlicher, MS, LPC, is a mental health therapist working with clients at Catalpa’s Oshkosh location and at the Oshkosh Area School District. She has worked with children of all ages and has an interest in supporting clients who have dealt with trauma. Amanda has a strong pull towards person-centered therapy.
Her first goal as a therapist is to create an atmosphere of safety and trust – that is where the healing begins. She is passionate about finding ways to help children blossom. For her, there is no better gift than to see a kid go from anxious, depressed and withdrawn to the diamond that was there all along.
She earned her bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Wisconsin – STOUT and obtained her master’s in Mental Health Therapy from Alamosa State University.
Outside of work, Amanda enjoys spending time outdoors from camping to hiking to biking. She also loves spending time with family and her plethora of pets.
