Andrea Fralin, LCSW, is the Care Management Supervisor at Catalpa Health. Her role includes managing and directing client care through support, education and coordination of community resources. She works with the case management team to identify need for services and to establish appropriate levels of care. Andrea provides urgent and safety triage for clients calling in crisis; both by providing assessment and intervention – as well as supporting staff in taking these calls.
Andrea has been with the Catalpa team since 2015 in various roles, including Therapist and Day Treatment Coordinator. She received her Bachelor of Social Work degree and Master of Social Work degree from the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, exercising, and cooking.

Patients and parents/caregivers MUST be in Wisconsin for the appointment.
