Andrea Fralin, LCSW, is a licensed mental health clinician at Catalpa Health. She manages client care through support, education and coordination of community resources. She leads with the care management team to help identify need for services and establish appropriate levels of care. Andrea provides urgent and safety triage for clients calling in crisis; both by providing assessment and intervention – as well as supporting staff in taking these calls. She has been with the Catalpa team since 2015 in various roles supporting our therapy, IOP and care management teams.
Andrea received her Bachelor of Social Work and Master of Social Work from the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, exercising, and cooking.

Please be sure you and your parent/guardian are in a CONFIDENTIAL and SEDENTARY SPACE (not in a moving vehicle) prior to joining your therapist’s waiting room. Patients and parents/caregivers MUST be in Wisconsin for the appointment.
