Bailee Ramon, MSW, APSW, is a post-graduate therapist trainee at Catalpa Health. She is interested in working with children and learning about parent-child conflict, attachment disorders, and self-esteem issues. She is also passionate about having the ability to make a difference in someone’s life, no matter how big or small. She enjoys being an open ear for others in order to help them cope and improve their quality of life. Her approach to treatment is to accompany clients on their therapeutic journey while guiding them as they grow in their abilities and uncover their strengths in order to navigate through the difficulties that life brings. She aims to create a strong, trustworthy therapeutic relationship while adopting a strengths-based approach. Bailee sees clients ages 4-18.
She earned her BS from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay and her Master of Social Work from Concordia University. She also holds an advanced practice social work (APSW) degree with a clinical emphasis.
Outside of work, Bailee enjoys spending time reading books, traveling, being outside in nature, and spending time with family, friends, and two dogs, Kalli and CiCi.

Please be sure you and your parent/guardian are in a CONFIDENTIAL and SEDENTARY SPACE (not in a moving vehicle) prior to joining your therapist’s waiting room. Patients and parents/caregivers MUST be in Wisconsin for the appointment.
