Crystal Weber is a care manager within Catalpa’s intensive outpatient program (IOP) at the Appleton clinic. In her role, she works daily alongside clients, families, and team members to manage incoming referrals from internal providers, external agencies, schools, and clients to pave the way for success for youth entering the program.
Crystal enjoys working directly with IOP clients daily and having the opportunity first hand to see the growth and healing process of each child and family.

When joining your therapist’s waiting room, please use your (PREFERRED FIRST NAME, LAST NAME) in the cue. Please be sure you and your parent/guardian are in a CONFIDENTIAL and SEDENTARY SPACE (not in a moving vehicle) prior to joining your therapist’s waiting room. Patients and parents/caregivers MUST be in Wisconsin for the appointment.
