Jennifer Bushman, MSW, LCSW, is a licensed mental health clinician who specializes in treating those with anxiety, depression, issues from divorce, bullying, low self-esteem, trauma, anger, behavioral problems, grief/loss, early childhood issues, and ADHD. She sees clients from infancy through young adulthood. Jennifer has a special interest in helping clients understand the impact and outcomes of trauma, working with children who have autism spectrum disorders, and infant mental health. She also enjoys her role as coordinator for the Seedlings Early Childhood Mental Health Clinic at Catalpa, which specializes in working with young children and their caregivers. In Fall 2021, Jennifer expanded her role in the community by providing consultation services at the Child Early Learning Center in Appleton.
Her treatment philosophy is that each client and their family has the ability to overcome obstacles in their lives by using their own strengths and being aware of their weaknesses. Jennifer is passionate about her work because she enjoys helping clients find their best selves – she especially enjoys helping children develop lifelong sustainable skills.
She received her master’s degree in social work from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee and has been a licensed clinical social worker in the state of Wisconsin since 2011. She received her certification for Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) in 2018.
Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband and children, reading, going for walks, traveling, and bike riding.

Please be sure you and your parent/guardian are in a CONFIDENTIAL and SEDENTARY SPACE (not in a moving vehicle) prior to joining your therapist’s waiting room. Patients and parents/caregivers MUST be in Wisconsin for the appointment.
