Mental Health Therapist
Katie Skebba, LCSW, is a Catalpa mental health therapist who provides school-based services through the E3 (Engage – Educate – Empower) program in the Hortonville Area School District. She treats clients in first through twelfth grades needing help with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, social skills, self-esteem issues, school struggles, and trauma. She has a special interest in issues related to foster care and adoption.
Katie believes a positive therapeutic relationship is essential and strives to ensure that her clients feel safe and supported during treatment. She uses cognitive behavioral therapy with family systems and solution-focused interventions.
She earned her Master of Social Work degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. A Licensed Clinical Social Worker, she went into the field to help children and families find the hope and strength to make positive changes. She enjoys empowering clients and fostering healing, and helping them develop coping skills and strategies to aid in reaching their goals.
Outside of work, Katie enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, and reading.

Please be sure you and your parent/guardian are in a CONFIDENTIAL and SEDENTARY SPACE (not in a moving vehicle) prior to joining your therapist’s waiting room. Patients and parents/caregivers MUST be in Wisconsin for the appointment.
