Kristin Lowe, LPC, NCC, is a licensed mental health clinician and coordinator for Catalpa’s intensive outpatient program (IOP). In this role, she works with clients with anger issues, anxiety disorders, depression, mood disorders, bipolar, PTSD, trauma, suicide ideation, and self-harming behaviors.
She is passionate about therapy and believes there is hope for each client and each client deserves to share their story and experiences. Kristin provides a safe place for each client to turn to and share their true feelings. She values each client’s perspective, experience, and their own ability to know what is best for them.
Kristin is honored to have clients brave enough to open up in session and trust her to walk along the journey of hope and healing together. Each individual has the strength to create themselves into the best version of who they were meant to be.
Kristin is a person-centered therapist, using mostly cognitive behavior therapy combined with family systems, solution-focused intervention, and the DBT approach. She works towards building resiliency in each client and providing skills needed to cope with life’s obstacles and continue to heal.
Outside of work, Kristin enjoys spending time with her family, camping, swimming, exercising, and reading.

Please be sure you and your parent/guardian are in a CONFIDENTIAL and SEDENTARY SPACE (not in a moving vehicle) prior to joining your therapist’s waiting room. Patients and parents/caregivers MUST be in Wisconsin for the appointment.
