- Care Management Team
Mai See Vang is one of the Care Managers located at Catalpa’s Appleton location. She has been with the Catalpa team since 2019. One of Mai See’s roles in Care Management is assessing for safety and getting patients connected for service through the urgent clinic at Catalpa. Families have a lot to worry about when there are safety concerns for their child, and Mai See values that families trust her and the Care Management team to help support them in their time of need.
Mai holds a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh.
Outside of work, Mai See enjoys cooking, baking, and spending time with family.

When joining your therapist’s waiting room, please use your (PREFERRED FIRST NAME, LAST NAME) in the cue. Please be sure you and your parent/guardian are in a CONFIDENTIAL and SEDENTARY SPACE (not in a moving vehicle) prior to joining your therapist’s waiting room. Patients and parents/caregivers MUST be in Wisconsin for the appointment.
