Post-Graduate Therapist Trainee
Shayde Sell, MSW, APSW, is a post-graduate therapist trainee at Catalpa Health. She has a specific interest in working with anxiety disorders, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, relationship conflict, and low self-esteem. Her approach to treatment focuses on building a strong therapeutic alliance and working alongside clients and families throughout the treatment process while utilizing approaches that are best suited for each individual, integrating CBT, DBT, and strength-based interventions. She sees clients ages 4-18.
She earned both her Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Spanish and a Master’s degree in Social Work with a mental health emphasis from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.
Shayde is passionate about being someone that clients can confide in to support them in navigating barriers and challenges, identifying and utilizing their strengths, and building self-esteem and confidence.
Outside of work, Shayde enjoys boating, camping, reading, arts and crafts, napping with her cats, and spending time with friends and family.

Please be sure you and your parent/guardian are in a CONFIDENTIAL and SEDENTARY SPACE (not in a moving vehicle) prior to joining your therapist’s waiting room. Patients and parents/caregivers MUST be in Wisconsin for the appointment.
