Tracy Longtine

Tracy Longtine, LPC, is a mental health therapist at Catalpa Health. She works with teenage clients with anxiety, adjustment disorders, depression, and other mood disorders. Her treatment approaches include CBT, solution-focused, insight-oriented, DBT, and ACT. She sees child and adolescent clients ages 12-18.

She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from UW-Parkside and her graduate degree in community counseling from UW-Whitewater.

Tracy is passionate about the kids and families that she supports because she has seen peoples’ lives change when they’ve learned to look at challenges in their lives in a different way. When these skills are given to children and teens it can impact them for their entire life.

Outside of work, Tracy enjoys going to batting cages, working on projects at home, finding new ways to eat healthy, and hanging out with her daughter.
